Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same. Because of this, we hope you add your comments
to the existing bug instead.

Thank you for your interest in PEAR.

Apparently the page that auto-creates these uses HTTP GET when it should
be using POST, which would avoid multiple submissions.

The documentation is incomplete.\r\n\r\nThe auth method supports two
more, apparently undocumented options:\r\n\r\ntls and authz\r\n$tls is a
boolean flag indicating whether or not TLS should be
attempted.\r\n$authz is a string that is an optional authorization
identifier.  If specified, this identifier will be used as the
authorization proxy.
