I actually did this once, just to play around in my spare time. It
looked so bad that I threw the code out. I'll leave the request here
anyway as it might be better served in the new status output rather than
in the reports themselves.

The file name could also be highlighted (e.g. in bold green as
"colordiff" does it)

It would be nice if phpcs would color the output (i.e. using
Console_Color) - ERROR in red, WARNING in yellow.
