PEAR error

Hi guys,
I need a help as I am really frustrated with PEAR errors, I have searched alot but still could not find answer.
I am Using PEAR package in WAMP, I need it for Mediawiki Email confirmation method. but after configuration I got this error:
Strict standards: Non-static method PEAR::raiseError() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.5.12\PEAR\Net\SMTP.php on line 371


Any help would be really appreciated.
