What is format3 renamed with.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net
by the end of next Sunday (CET).

If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
be live shortly.

Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.

Maybe you could rename them to formatLikeSQL and formatLikeDate?
Calling them format2 and format3 is a level of bad practice I'm not used
to at PEAR at all.

I'm sure that if I used Date::format2 and Date::format3, I will not know
what I've been doing some weeks in the future.
