Package GEOIP PEARL its unavailable. Get some error e not works:

Warning: geoip_country_name_by_name(): Required database not available
at /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIP.dat.

Second this notion.

At the moment it returns "Invalid IP address" for any IPv6 address
supplied, even 
though you hand it an IPv6 database file.
