This bug has been fixed in SVN.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net
by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.

Description:
------------
Hi
after installing 1.9.2
then trying to install
pear install --alldeps phpunit/PHP_CodeBrowser
for example or others actually
when the process tries to build the tmp folder
it cuts off a part of the path after the space
C:/Program/tmpEDA0.tmp/package.xml
instead
of soemthign like
C:\Program Files\EasyPHP-5.3.6.0\php\tmp
Test script:
---------------
Starting to download PHP_CodeBrowser-1.0.0.tgz (170,700 bytes)
.............................done: 170,700 bytes
could not extract the package.xml file from "C:\Program
Files\EasyPHP-5.3.6.0\php\tmp\PHP_CodeBrowser-1.0.0.tgz" Unable to
create d
irectory 'C:/Program/tmpEDA0.tmp'
Unable to create path for C:/Program/tmpEDA0.tmp/package.xml
Download of "phpunit/PHP_CodeBrowser" succeeded, but it is not a valid
package archive
Expected result:
----------------
can I configure this tmp path manuelly ?
or path build should be properly done
