Now committed to SVN. Please do another favour and test it out when you
get a
chance. I don't have a Mercurial repo for proper testing.
Thanks a lot for another great patch.

Description:
------------
I've created a patch that allows a user to generate a mercurial
based blame
report in the same vein as the git and svn reports
Included are unit tests, and I've tested this against:
- symfony2
- codeigniter
- bitbucket-api-library
All from https://bitbucket.org/, amongst personal projects.
I've also updated some assertType tests to be compatible with
the upcoming
PHPUnit 3.6 version and therefore changed to
assertInstanceOf
