To make possible change the values after create the instance I add a
method prepare.
this method can do the same configuration the constructor can do.

It would be really helpful if the numeral captcha object would be
re-configurable after it has been configured.
Currently, the class is nothing than a objectized version of a static
method that you pass some parameters and get the captcha question +
answer back.
One cannot take advantage of the object structure, i.e. by changing
minimum value after instantiation, or adjusting the maximum value if the
operation is "*".
