Exactly, if their mail servers are not accepting the messages correctly
OR their mail clients are not reading it correctly, then unfortunately
it falls on to the library generating the mail to make the messages
"more compatible" as there is no way I can demand the clients upgrade
their software to "newer working versions".

Now I am seeing the messages being sent "to" the client on the otherside
of the local MTA (which is postfix 2.2) as every notification generated
gets automatically BCC'd into a cyrus mailbox (rolling 60 days worth of
email.. around 220K messages)

And from that I test it in Apple Mail, iphone, ipad, Horde, thunderbird,
and Outlook 2007. and all have no issue "viewing" the message.. Only
older clients.

Anyways, I've requested sometime this week with one of the clients to go
over and diagnose this issue further and will get back to you with
whatever I find.

Generated headers are looking properly. That new Mail_Mime generates
different output that older version doesn't mean it's a bug. Maybe the
message is being broken on SMTP server or recipient's client.

I disagree that it is a Mail package issue.. as I am already using the
latest version of the "Mail" package. And to recreate this issue I ONLY
have to upgrade Mail_mime.

This week I will be working with a customer that has one of the email
clients affected to see if I can "fix" Mail_mime 1.8.0 and get it
working correctly, then I will submit a patch to this bug report.
