If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should

Description:
------------
At present because of the whois server discovery methods there is no way
of knowing for certain what data has come from which server.
This presents a problem for logging and limiting.
To resolve this, similar to bug #17539 a wrapper would be required that
would include some kind of logging.
A better solution would be to put the results into an array, with the
server host or ip as the key.
