namespace change from pear2 to PEAR2

Greetings,

I've just committed the last major change before preparing Pyrus et al
for the first alpha release.

The last major item was changing the namespace from pear2 to PEAR2, as
approved by the PEAR group. I would appreciate some help testing the
changes as well as any assistance others can offer.

PEAR2 and Pyrus are coming shortly, I promise.
