+1 from me.

Git is supposed to be, well, distributed, so I don't understand this emerging 
github monoculture.

Also while github tools are nice, we should probably try to concentrate 
PEAR-related stuff on pear.php.net, instead of diluting it further to Github. Of 
course, our website does need some love currently, but it's not the reason to 
abandon it.
