At least File_Find 1.3.2 and Services_Weather 1.4.7, recently released
archives are corrupted...

$ pear download File_Find
File /home/remi/File_Find-1.3.2.tgz downloaded

$ tar tf File_Find-1.3.2.tgz
package.xml


Workaround:
$ tar tif File_Find-1.3.2.tgz
package.xml
File_Find-1.3.2/File/Find.php
File_Find-1.3.2/tests/01glob.phpt
...
