Hi Boban,

To add a package to PEAR, you should create a new proposal and ask for
feedback on the pear-dev mailing list. After getting feedback, you start
voting to get your new package approved. After voting, you can add the
package to the main PEAR repository.

See http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-edit.php to add a new proposal.

If you're working on an existing package, please contact the package
lead (or, if the package is unmaintained, the PEAR QA team) and ask to
be added as a maintainer

See http://pear.php.net/manual/en/newmaint.takingover.php for becoming a
maintainer of an existing package.

Don't hesitate to ask the list or on IRC if you have more questions.

Cheers,
Mike
