These guys also have an extremely outdated version of HTML_QuickForm2 hacked to work with buggy and outdated PHP 5.1.x in their SVN. Is this a good example of managing dependencies as well? As for IDEs, you can easily manage different standards for different *projects* in every IDE I cared to test. Let's drop that bullshit, mmmkay?
