Testing_DocTest maintenance

Hi there,

Btw, happy new year to everybody !

I'd like to introduce Tobia Caneshi [1], who is interested in
maintaining the Testing_DocTest [2] and already sent a pull request [3]
for it on Github.
I've set his account as lead developer for the package.
Daniel: could you please have the rest of his account up and running 
(gihub etc.) ?
