This looks brilliant, but I would address the points that Alan and Till have raised. As their votes are conditional and I believe they have raised very valid concerns I am also making my vote conditional.

I would also strongly advise you to address the disparity of licensing. You have some files licensed under the BSD license and some under the PHP license.
