Requesting approval to maintain Math_TrigOp Package

Dear Receiver,

Hope this email finds you well.

My name is Assaad Youssef Abou-Rached, 32 years old from Saida/Lebanon.

I have been working on a trigonometry package for the past week as I
couldn't find what I was looking for over the net. My implementation
contains the following:
- Basic and pythagorean identities
- Angle-sum and angle-difference identities
- Sum identities
- Product identities

I am on the process to implementing: double-angle identities, and
half-angle identities.
I browsed the pear packages website and noticed the Math_TripOp package is
not maintained. I believe that completing and expanding this package to
contain as many trigonometric functions as possible would really be very
useful to many people, researches, students, and definitely programmers.

Please consider my request to maintain the package.
