I've either cherry-picked the already made commits for the bugs from
master into the stable branch or fixed the bugs myself.

All planned to-be-fixed bugs for 1.9.5 are fixed now.
Since I'll be on vacation the next week:

Could someone please package up a 1.9.5RC1 from the stable branch,
together with a go-pear.phar? Alexey? Ken? Ashnazg?

After some tests on a fresh system and on other systems via upgrade we
should then release it as 1.9.5
