Error uploading release

Hi all,

I'm trying to upload a new version of PHP_CodeSniffer via the PEAR
upload form here: http://pear.php.net/release-upload.php

I'm getting the following error: ERROR: there was a problem with
getting the configured temp directory

I've also tried with a known good release (the same file I uploaded
last time) so I assume it is a new server-side error. The last release
PEAR lists was for Net_URL2 v2.0.7 on Sun, 7th Sep 14, so I guess
something happened between then and now.

If anyone can help fix this, I'd be very grateful.
