Gotcha. Still, question stands: how do I get a PEAR account? :)

I will get on with fix. But before starting to do that, I have a 
question: with Composer and all that, is PEAR even used at all nowadays? 
Or have PEAR packages moved/migrated to Composer ecosystem?
