Hi, my name is Josh. I'm an experienced PHP developer and I would love to
contribute to the PEAR Pager Package by resolving bug #21032
<https://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=21032> called "Pager & PHP 7"

The PEAR registration page said to "Seek approval first for this by mailing
the PEAR developers mailing list and developers of the package."  I'm
taking it that's you, so that's what I'm doing.

Would you be open to accepting my help?
