Verification email never sent

I'm trying to submit a bug for QuickForm 2 but when I do, I'm notified =
that I need to verify my email address first.  However, the verification =
request is never sent.  I am using my valid email address and nothing is =
showing up in spam.  As far as I know, there isn't an issue on my end as =
it regards to actually receiving the email.  Is there something going on =
such that it's never sent?
