pear and php doc mingling

Hello all,

Someone involved here may want to look at the new build system (PhD)  
soon and start thinking about a peardoc theme. Have a look:

it's something to think about too. It's being discussed now so feel

Key modifications: Set/book style (so each pear class would be its  
own book) and an enhanced OOP model.
