Call for help about html_css doc pages

Hi all,

As you've perharps noticed, I tried to include (following PEAR manual 
standard/examples) html_css doc, but there are still few errors

With xsltproc my sources were a bit different (I used chapter rather 
than refentry), but I got no error when generating HTML or CHM output 
format.

If somebody can help/me, tell me how to fix it I'll thanks him very much.

If it's impossible, I'll then remove it from PEAR doc repository and 
keep source on my own and produce external source doc as I did for 
previous releases in past.
