File_Archive

Hi,

Just want to inform everyone that I had some email exchanges with Vincent
and he told me he won't be able to work on File_Archive anymore (which most
of us knew already) due to his work but told me he enjoyed working in PEAR
when he was a student.

So lets actively seek someone to help Pablo maintain it since I know he just
took a new job and won't be able to put in much time.

We really need a new release, last release was almost 3 years ago and we
have a lot of fixes in CVS, both from Vincent and from Pablo.
The doc team might also want to copy the tutorial stuff from Vincents site
and integrate it into the manual, given the fact Vincent doesn't have time
to work on this anymore we might actually see his site go away due to a
crash and lack of enthusiasm to set it up again, at least it is a
possibility.

Lets all pitch in and make this work people :)
