PhD 0.4.6 released

Hi all,


PhD 0.4.6 has been released two days ago, and I forgot to announce it
on the lists. Main reason for the quick and unplanned release was that
PhD had a bug that directly affected pearweb and the manual notes
feature.

- Added language support with unknownversion into phpdotnet theme.
  (Philip)
- phpbook/phpbook-xsl/version.xml is no longer used (Hannes)
- Fix PEAR bug #15967: Wrong ID passed to pearweb manualFooter()
  (Christian)


To upgrade from previous releases:
 pear upgrade doc.php.net/phd-beta

To install for the first time:
 pear channel-discover doc.php.net
 pear install doc.php.net/phd-beta
