Adding pyrus and PEAR2 to the manual

Hi,

I'm working on adding Pyrus to the manual, and will be making a few
organizational changes to the main page so that it is less confusing. 
Are there any objections to tweaks to titles of things like "New
features in PEAR 1.4"?

I'm planning to rename that "Channel, package.xml 2.0, and customizing packages", for instance.

If there is some concern, I can post the patch or start a branch.
