Just grabbed latest 2009-09-13 version of the CHM documentation and it
still has the same problem(s).

Problems with Index tab in CHM version of PEAR Manual:
1. Index is not properly sorted and makes searching for functions
difficult. Try to search for getOne() it's actually listed as
DB_common:getOne().
2. Index contains strange looking items. See ->get() function right
after DB_DataObject::factory()
Expected result:

I expect index to just contain function names and be sorted
alphabetically.
Actual result:

The sorting seems quite random and contains class names as part of the
index. Some parsing also adds strange symbols before function name(s).
