Downloaded the phar from pear2.php.net.

Guess I need sqlite? I'm just making my case for an automated install.

Description:

Shouldn't pyrus be installable from pear2.php.net?

E.g. downloading the .phar and setting up the so-called 
convenience scripts, etc.?
