This bug has been fixed in SVN.

If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net
by the end of next Sunday (CET).

If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
be live shortly.

Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.

Added a new patch this fixes some of the tests that faul.
Some test faul because your checking chmod (about 10 fail because of
that, some others fail because of permissions and filesystem locking)

Wow, that's some serious failures. I have only 3 failed tests out of
661.

Check the .out files and see if there's some common reason why all those
tests are failing.

Added new patches hope these work better.

When i have some spare time i will take a look at the other failed
tests.
