manual build failed?

Hi,

Looks like traditional Sunday build of PEAR manual failed, it still has 
"2011-02-27" on front page: http://pear.php.net/manual/en/

I don't see any problems with the manual itself, it builds fine here and it 
builds fine on both test servers linked from the relevant manual page:
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/developers.documentation.building.php

Can someone check what's going on? Is there a publicly accessible build log on 
PEAR website?

I must add that it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to spend time writing documentation 
to later find out that it doesn't get built / doesn't get linked / whatever is 
the latest problem.
