The issue was my fix of the package toc script which I hacked directly
on the server since I could not reproduce the error locally. After I
fixed it on the server, I ported the changes plus some additions to my
machine and committed them to svn.
Now the peardoc build script updates from svn and left the package toc
script in a conflict state, leading to a failed build.

This is fixed now and the manual is currently being rendered.
