Directions should be somewhere as to how to get pear installed on IIS7 in
Windows, I am not finding any clue here as to how to fix my install which
is phpv5.5 which I installed via the web platform installer, downloading
the file doesn\'t help as I don\'t know how to open it or what to do with
it and the directions don\'t seem to be here.
