Peardoc credentials

Hello,

I am the package maintainer of PHP_UML.
I would like to commit in the documentation (in 
svn.php.net/repository/pear/peardoc/trunk/en/package/php/ and in 
svn.php.net/repository/pear/peardoc/trunk/en/package/php/php-uml/) .

My previous CVS account was baptiste750.
Unfortunately, I have lost my password... (I am not even sure it would 
be still valid today, as my last commit dates back to 2012)

1. How can I recover my password?
2. Is it still possible to commit through SVN, or should I use Git?
