the instruction "download a copy of http://pear.php.net/go-pear.phar and
save 
it 
as go-pear.php" doesn't work. 

Browser returns the next error:

phar 
"/var/www/vhosts/21/185133/webspace/httpdocs/mydomain.com/pear/go-
pear.php" has a broken signature

Expected result:

Installer is launched.

Actual result:

Error is returned.
