install gearman on my windows with compatible release error

Hi all,
I want to install gearman on my windows 7 with xammp, Apache/2.4.10 (Win32)
OpenSSL/1.0.1i PHP/5.5.15  
Here http://pear.php.net/package/Net_Gearman I found article hopw to install
it.

I uploaded pyrus.phar file from http://pear2.php.net/ and copied it into
e:\WebServersOnC\xammp\php\ directory whrer there is php.exe file

Running command 
php pyrus.phar install pear/Net_Gearman
I got error that could not find a compatible release.
