Spreadsheet Excel Writer - SetInputEncoding Error

Dear Sirs,

there seems to be a large problem with the Excel Writer.

I changed SetInputEncoding to utf-8 since I am using Chinese Characters. 



The problem I am facing I will get the following Error if I am using more than 250 chars. 

 

<b>Fatal error</b>:  Call to undefined method PEAR_Error::setInputEncoding()

 

Please let me know if you can fix the bug quickly. I am really in need to make this work.
