Need table structure for Pear Mail_Queue callback log

I have been using Pear Mail_Queue for several years with great success, 
but now I want to implement the callback feature.

There seems to be no documentation about what the mysql log table 
structure should be.   Does anyone know?

It's possible that Mail_Queue should create the log table, if it doesn't 
exist, but even though the use privileges are set to include table 
create, it does not create the log table automatically.
