The correct solution is to fix the code which produces the warnings.
The quick solution is to disable E_DEPRECATED and E_STRICT warnings.

We'd gladly apply patches and release new versions of packages that
have those problems.

I don't have any advice, but you could actually send patches fix the
LiveUser code. The QA team could then make a new release with the
patches included.
