Re: [PEAR] Create a new release of HTML_Template_IT

Dear all,

I opened PR #17 <https://github.com/pear/HTML_Template_IT/pull/17> to 
replace #15 <https://github.com/pear/HTML_Template_IT/pull/15> by a 
another approach which allows to keep the code and the tests working 
from PHP 5.6 to PHP 8.3: to accomodate for the large API differences 
accross PHPUnit versions, I use PHPUniPolyFills 
<https://github.com/Yoast/PHPUnit-Polyfills>; there are very few 
differences in this branch. As the branch for #17 
<https://github.com/pear/HTML_Template_IT/pull/17> is based on the 
branch for #16 <Note that one should first merge #16 first> we should 
first merge it before.

I would appreciate if somebody could take some time to have a look at those.
