I can't close bugs

Hi:

My name is Jesús Espino, I think this is the correct mailing list for
this question.

I'm helping to Claudio Bustos in the PHP_Beautifier development, but
my accont have a problema, he add me as developer, and later as leader
of the project, but i can't do normal things like edit or close a bug,
asign a but, etcetera, this looks like my account haven't enought
permissions.

Is a problem with my account?? is a problem with the permissions of
the project??
