Hi:

My name is Jesús Espino, i want to take over the package PHP-Shell.

I now work on the packages PHP_Beautifier, Validate_ES and
Date_Holidays_Spain, i try to contact the actual leader (Jan Kneschke)
some time ago (more than 1 month), but i have no response.
