You'll have to forgive us, as not many of us have ever worked in a
healthcare environment before; or can understand what Net_HL7 does.

When I'm taking a look at the package, I see it's a port of a perl
implementation and quite young. Would you plan on continuing to port changes
from the perl version; or a rewrite based on your knowledge of the HL7
VB.NET implementation you have done?
