sir,I am a php programmer for last 3 year, specifically OO PHP for about 1. i have seen that pear package is very helpful for all developer. Recently i see that Services_ExchangeRates, i will like to take over to be a proud contributor to pear developer community. Please let me know what need to do to take over it.
