troubles with my account

i tried to add anonymously a comment for a pear-package. i got the error
that my emailadress is allready in use. so i tried to login, but i
forgot my password. so i tried to reset my password on
https://pear.php.net/about/forgot-password.php. here i got the error:
Unknown user "[email protected]" . what can i do now?
