Yeah; fair enough. Looking at http://pear.php.net/bugs/stats.php ; I suppose
only Image_Graph and Mail_IMAPv2 would pass my interest threshold for
shifting to github at the moment - assuming that more bug reports = more
users = more likely to have patches made
