Structures_BibTex

Hey Elmar,

I was wondering if you mind if we contributed to Structures_BibTex a little:

1) License change from "PHP License" to something like LGPL, MIT or
BSD. I'd suggest BSD but I need your +1.

2) I'd make it PHP5-only – still possible since it's not yet stable.

3) We'd try to squash all the open issues.

4) I'd move the package to github
