Re: [PEAR-QA] is_a() and the need for improved testing

Hello Again PEAR QA Team:

I sent an email to the list on Friday the 26th seeking to improve PEAR's
test environment and code.  Feedback received only covered a small
portion of my points.  At the very least, can the team please provide
the karma and approval requested in that email?
