Migrate to any unmaintained packages affected github; then fix and release. (https://github.com/pear/pear-svn-git is the tool we're using atm). 2. Push patches into bug reports on individual packages and assign to a lead - if you hear nothing in ~30 days; commit & release said fixes with impunity.
