You already have karma to pear/packages/*; and I just granted you pearweb qa
karma (you've been a part of the community for so long I think we can trust
you with such!).

Please feel free to:
 1. Migrate to any unmaintained packages affected github; then fix and
release. (https://github.com/pear/pear-svn-git is the tool we're using
atm).
 2. Push patches into bug reports on individual packages and assign to a
lead - if you hear nothing in ~30 days; commit & release said fixes with
impunity.
